Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and aides.
- Ensure compliance with COMAR and agency standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland RN license.
- 1+ year of nursing experience (home health preferred).
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $45 – $55/hr (approx. $94,000 – $115,000 annually)
