Job Description:

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Schedule is a rotation of four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts)

Location:Lake Destiny Center, 1001 N. Lake Destiny Road, Maitland, FL 32751

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitates triage and transport of injured workers to appropriate facilities.

• Manages employee medical records using the EMR system, ensuring accurate data entry and report checks.

• Documents orders, procedures, and assessments legibly and accurately from check-in to check-out.

• Processes employees from new hire to annual compliance, including screenings and drug tests following federal procedures.

• Conducts respirator fit testing in accordance with OSHA standards and AdventHealth policies.

• Relays discharge and follow-up instructions to employees using approved tools.

• Participates in AdventHealth compliance initiatives and training.
