Charity Care Group is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 29-year-old male with a G-Tube attending a Suffolk Day Support Program.
This position offers a stable weekday daytime schedule and the opportunity to make a direct impact through individualized patient care.
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Status: PRN (3–5 days per week)
Meet & Greets are being held daily at 11:00 AM starting tomorrow.
Provide skilled nursing care during day program hours
Perform G-Tube care including feedings and medication administration
Monitor and document patient condition
Communicate with day support staff and family regarding patient care
Ensure care plan compliance and patient safety
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia
Current CPR certification
G-Tube experience preferred
Experience with developmental or intellectual disabilities is a plus
