We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)/ BSN Clinical Manager- Home Health for our Lexington office.     As an RN Clinical Manager, here's a big picture of what you'll do:

    • Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standards
    • Working closely with Director of Health Care Services and Administrator and manage the clinical staff doing OASIS admissions, case management and Coordinate with a team of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, aides and to ensure patient goals are met
    • Oversee QA process for skilled documentation requirements
    • Follow the Home Health orders from PCPs working closely with their office
    • Ensure medical supplies/equipment are delivered, and staff are trained on care procedures
    • Assess patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
    • Effectively manage financial resources related to the delivery of quality patient/client care

    A few must-haves for a Clinical Manager/BSN - RN:

    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN license in Massachusetts
    • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in home healthcare/ OASIS admissions, recerts, resumptions and DC's
    • At least 1 year of supervisory and caregiver management experience
    • CPR certification
    • Extensive knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards
    • Excellent management, organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
