RN Charge Capable Nurse

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking an RN to join our skilled nursing and rehab community Riverside Transitional Care. Provide nursing care and services to residents and leadership to staff working on assigned units. When working as the Charge Nurse, it will be the successful candidates responsibility to direct resident care on the assigned shift and provide leadership management and direction for our nursing staff.

What Youll Do

• Provide assistance to our geriatric population, including all activities of daily living • Assess, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care • Administer medications and provide treatments on your assigned units • Coordinate implement and evaluate nursing care • Provide leadership and direction to nurses care staff and others when working charge • Communicate with providers, families, and other stakeholders

What Youll Need

• Current license to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse • Current CPR certification • 1-2 years of experience preferably within an ageriatric setting • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills

Our Wages

• Part-Time Starting Wage: $40.50 per hour • Full-Time Starting Wage: $41.50 per hour • Based on experience and qualifications • We pay for high performance. We will review your wage at six months. • Differentials: PM, NOC, Weekend, and Charge Call-in and pick up incentives
