Responsibilities
Choose to be an integral part of a team that helps patients achieve their greatest potential and work toward productive, independent lives. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our inpatient rehabilitation unit, youll provide direct patient care and serve as a key member of both the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
Youll apply the nursing processsystematically assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating careto help restore and maintain each patients physical and psychological health, while supporting their personal goals. Youll also serve as an educator to patients, families, and fellow team members, promoting understanding and empowerment throughout the recovery journey.

By engaging with patients and families, youll help them recover and discover their new normal after a life-altering event.
