The unit is supported by a comprehensive multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, psychiatric technicians, social workers, recreational and occupational therapists, spiritual care providers, and peer support specialists. Care on the unit is grounded in a patient‑centered practice model and incorporates trauma‑informed care principles throughout all patient interactions and treatment approaches. Were Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association At least 1 year of Behavioral Health Experience is preferred. Baccalaureate degree preferred. What Youll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
