    Description

    We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team in Olympia and Seattle, Washington. Opportunities are available in Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), Long-Term Care (LTC), and Per Diem roles. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans
    • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
    • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams
    • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
    • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions
    • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
    • Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
    • Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistants

    Specialty-Specific Duties

    Med-Surg:

    • Manage care for adult patients with a variety of acute conditions
    • Monitor post-operative recovery and administer complex treatments

    Long-Term Care (LTC):

    • Provide ongoing care for residents with chronic illnesses or disabilities
    • Support quality of life and long-term wellness goals

    Per Diem:

    • Fill in staffing needs on a flexible, as-needed basis
    • Adapt quickly to different units and patient populations

    Work Schedule

    • Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
    • Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts depending on role



    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
    • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for Med-Surg roles)
    • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred; new grads may be considered for some roles)
