Registered Nurse/Radiology

The nurse is responsible for checking patients medications, vital signs, lab results, and history to ensure that it is safe to proceed with the planned study. The nurse is responsible for responding to any IV infiltration, contrast reaction, patient fall, or patient safety event.

This position is focused on MRI & CT for outpatients. Nursing starts IVs for MRI & CT and performs POCT testing. The nurse is responsible for checking patients medications, vital signs, lab results, and history to ensure that it is safe to proceed with the planned study. The nurse is responsible for responding to any IV infiltration, contrast reaction, patient fall, or patient safety event. MRI is focused on patient and team member safety going into the MRI magnet. MRI Full Stop training is required.
