Job description:

EDU-AIDs LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team for one of our school campuses in Queen Creek, AZ.

Assignment details:

• Registered Nurse for NSY
• Full time - Around 32-34 hours per week
• Caseload: 1 student (internal note: this is for a 1:1 support for a kid who has a trach)

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide direct care using professional assessment skills, the nursing process, individualized healthcare plans (IHPs), and established school health protocols
• Provide health counseling and instruction to individual students
• Notify parents of accident or illness
• Secure emergency medical care for students as needed.
• Ensure that medications are administered to students according to district policy and procedures

Requirement:

• Must have a current Registered Nurse License for the state of Arizona
