Are you a skilled and experienced nurse ready to take your practice to the next level? Under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Executive Director of Nursing (Ambulatory), the Advanced Clinical Nurse plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, age-specific care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
What Youll Do:
As a key member of an interdisciplinary team, you'll provide expert nursing care while also helping to lead initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and drive clinical excellence. Your responsibilities include:
Delivering comprehensive patient care-from assessments and medication administration to developing and managing care plans
Collaborating closely with physicians, providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, patient-centered care
Advocating for patients and serving as an educator and resource throughout their care journey
Delegating and overseeing care provided by ancillary personnel in accordance with Valleywise Health policies
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and team-building efforts
Demonstrating leadership and a commitment to advancing nursing practice through mentorship, education, and process improvement
