Serve as the go-to expert in patient safety, quality indicators, and evidence-based practice (EBP) to directly elevate care standards and patient outcomes.
Partner with clinical leaders to coach staff during unit rounds, identifying competency gaps and building tailored plans for professional growth.
Aggregate and interpret patient safety and nursing quality data, transforming insights into actionable strategies that improve clinical practice.
Guide the implementation of EBP projects and analyze research outcomes to modernize unit-level order sets and clinical guidelines.
Act as a trusted resource and collaborative ally for clinical leadership to drive continuous, organization-wide improvement.
