Allegiance Home Health is seeking an RN to work in Broward County per-diem.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the client's needs, including OASIS
• Performs starts-of-care, resumptions-of-care, re-certifications, and discharges
• Provides nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards
• Responds to emergency situations
• Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed
• Observes and reports any changes in the client’s mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation to immediate supervisor
• Ensures that required documentation is complete in a timely manner and is in compliance with regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare required
