Job Details

Job Title: Nursing Instructor
Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
Schedule: Adjunct | Day Hours | No Weekends or Holidays
Pay: $50-65/hr (based on rank, credentials, specialty, and experience

What You’ll Actually Do:

You’ll be in the classroom and labs—not stuck at a desk or running around short-staffed. You’ll guide students, teach hands-on skills, and show them what real nursing looks like.

Typical day:

Teach small group classes and lab sessions
Support students during clinical rotations
Collaborate with a kind, mission-driven team
Share your story and experience to inspire new nurses

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Nursing
Two years of full-time clinical experience in OB/GYN or Peds
Active RN license
A passion for shaping the future of nursing
