Registered Nurse (Pediatric Operating Room)

Summary:

• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Contract Dates: 06/23/26 - 09/26/26
• Shift Times: 12-Hour Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 50 Mile Radius Rule: Applies

Responsibilities:

• On Call Requirement: 5-6 call shifts per 8 week schedule period
• FLOAT: Company reserves the right to float or reassign personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such personnel’s individual assignment confirmation).
• Work schedule and assigned hours are based on departmental needs and may change
• Off-shifts and weekend work may be required
• Possible shifts include (but are not limited to):
  • 0900–2100
  • 1100–2300
  • 1500–0300
  • 1900–0700
• Position includes on-call responsibilities depending on staffing needs
• Required response time for on-call duties is 30 minutes

Requirements:

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Active RN license (State or Compact)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
• Required Experience:
  • Previous Operating Room experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility
  • Pediatric experience required
  • Must have strong Spine & Neuro experience
  • Ability to scrub is preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Willingness to float to off shifts as needed
• Flexible with rotating shifts
