What You Will Do:Bridge critical communication gaps by acting as the primary liaison between healthcare management, physicians, payers, and community organizations to ensure seamless patient care and collaboration.
Elevate the standard of care by coordinating multi-disciplinary treatment plans, driving quality improvement initiatives, and championing ongoing clinical education.
Translate data into action by tracking patient outcomes and compiling key metrics to recommend and implement strategic process improvements.
Champion health equity by connecting uninsured and underinsured patients with vital community resources and financial support to ensure continuity of care.

Specialized Clinical Background: Prior experience in a neurology clinic is strongly recommended, specifically including foundational knowledge of neuroimmunology.
Operational Expertise: Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills and familiarity with infusion procedures, including dosing protocols and prior authorization workflows.
