Job Details

We are seeking a RN to support a pediatric primary care practice located at 14828 Greyhound Court, Suite 100, Carmel, IN 46032. The RNs primary responsibilities will be focused on phone triage. Experience in PICU, NICU, or pediatric primary care preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | Hybrid - 2 days/week No weekends No holidays

Requirements

  • Associates of Nursing (ASN) or Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

Certifications and Skills

  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
  • Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
