peripheral and line blood draws and IV placements are required skills

Staffing ratios - goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5
" Weekends - variable based on unit needs
" No set/blocked scheduling as that is not something we offer our permanent staff

" First week of orientation is Mon - Fri dayshift. Second week is 36hrs of on-unit orientation with a preceptor
" Oncology experience preferred but not required

Hematology malignancies
-multiple myeloma, Chronic leukemia, and lymphoma
-pre and post BMT/CART transplant
