Job Title: Registered Nurse – Outpatient Clinic Float
Location: Great Falls, MT
Shift Details: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (Clinic Schedule)

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Clinic nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in outpatient settings
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to outpatient clinic patients
- Assist providers in patient care coordination and clinical workflow
- Serve as primary liaison between patients, providers, and staff
- Supervise and guide LPNs, CNAs, and scheduling staff as needed
- Support clinical documentation and patient care processes
- Ensure adherence to clinic standards, safety, and protocols
- Maintain effective communication across multidisciplinary teams
- Support smooth daily clinic operations across outpatient services
