Location: Manhattan, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time - Mon-Fri 09:00am-05:00pm

Compensation:
Pay Range: $90,000-$92,000 Per Year plus an additional $2k for anyone who is Bilingual Spanish

Description:
• Join a mission-driven outpatient behavioral health organization dedicated to supporting individuals with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.
• This role offers a rare opportunity for nurses who want a consistent weekday schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and the broader community.
• You will work as part of a multidisciplinary care team, supporting clients through medication management, health education, and care coordination, while helping improve access to integrated behavioral and physical healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and dispense prescribed medications
• Conduct health assessments and coordinate follow-up care and referrals
• Administer IM medications and perform phlebotomy
• Support clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions
• Provide health education and facilitate wellness-focused groups for clients
• Assist in staff training related to medication monitoring and health practices
• Participate in psychiatric emergency response when needed
• Coordinate with primary care providers and behavioral health clinicians
• Maintain accurate documentation within health databases including PSYCKES and Healthix
• Support program operations through reports, documentation, and interdisciplinary meetings

Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Experience working with behavioral health and/or substance use populations strongly preferred
• Experience with IM injections, phlebotomy, and wound care a plus
• Strong communication and crisis management skills
