Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Location: On-Site (Southeastern U.S.) Compensation: $32–43/hr + Night & Weekend Differentials, Sign-On Bonus Available Employment: Full-Time

Overview: We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a patient-focused healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care following established policies and standards.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes.
Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and timely.
Administer medications and treatments according to clinical guidelines.
Support patient and family education for ongoing care.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 year RN experience in settings such as Home Health, LTAC, Skilled Nursing Facility, Outpatient Rehab, or Corrections.
Active RN license in any U.S. state or approved multistate RN compact license. Compact license holders must obtain a local license within 60 days of relocation.
At least 3 years of experience in a relevant specialty (e.g., NICU, PICU, or similar) — candidates must be able to step in and perform with minimal ramp-up.
Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts (including potential night/weekend schedules).
Candidates must not have worked for or applied to HCA Healthcare within the past 12 months.

Education: Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.

Certifications: - BLS (Healthcare Provider) prior to start - NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within 30 days of start - Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start.

Compensation & Differentials:

Hourly rates based on experience: $29–$43.20/hr - Night Differential: +$4.25/hr - Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr - Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (day shifts) / Up to $20,000 (night shifts)
