Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Location: On-Site (Southeastern U.S.) Compensation: $32–43/hr + Night & Weekend Differentials, Sign-On Bonus Available Employment: Full-Time

Overview: We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a patient-focused healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care following established policies and standards.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and timely.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to clinical guidelines.
  • Support patient and family education for ongoing care.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 year RN experience in settings such as Home Health, LTAC, Skilled Nursing Facility, Outpatient Rehab, or Corrections.
  • Active RN license in any U.S. state or approved multistate RN compact license. Compact license holders must obtain a local license within 60 days of relocation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant specialty (e.g., NICU, PICU, or similar) — candidates must be able to step in and perform with minimal ramp-up.
  • Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts (including potential night/weekend schedules).
  • Candidates must not have worked for or applied to HCA Healthcare within the past 12 months.
Education: Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.

Certifications: - BLS (Healthcare Provider) prior to start - NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within 30 days of start - Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start. 

Compensation & Differentials:
  • Hourly rates based on experience: $29–$43.20/hr - Night Differential: +$4.25/hr - Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr - Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (day shifts) / Up to $20,000 (night shifts)
