Position Details
Shift:
This is a full-time position (36 hours per week) with variable shifts, including days, nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure continuity of patient care. There are currently no on-call requirements associated with this role. However, on-call coverage may be implemented in the future based on staffing needs or escalation of the critical staffing incentive program.
Location:
St. Vincent Regional Hospital — Billings, Montana
Pay:
Starting at $38.37 per hour, with the potential for increased pay based on prior experience.

The New Graduate RN will complete a nurse residency program while orienting across all Medical-Surgical units within the hospital. These units include:
After successfully completing orientation and demonstrating the ability to safely care for higher-acuity patients while performing required tasks and assessments, there may be opportunities to discuss cross-training into specialty departments as the nurse grows within the role.
This position offers broad clinical exposure and the opportunity to work alongside experienced interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Resource Pool RNs receive a 10% float differential in recognition of their flexibility, clinical expertise, and ability to adapt to varying patient populations and workflows.
