Make a Difference -----------------
The Registered Nurse Navigator for Cardiothoracic Surgery acts as a single point of contact and a personal guide or liaison for patients undergoing cardiac surgery. They coordinate care, educate patients and families, facilitate communication among the healthcare team, and provide ongoing support throughout the patients journey from pre-op preparations to post-op recovery. This role helps improve patient outcomes and experience by ensuring seamless care transitions and increasing patient understanding and adherence to treatment plans. The office is located on the north side in Indianapolis, Indiana.
