Day/Eve ratios are 5 to 1 (stretch 6-7). Night ratios are expected to be 6-7 to 1 (stretch 8 -10 if staff calls in)
We have PCTs on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKGs and any sort of activity of daily living
