Description

Title: Registered Nurse/MS/Tele
Location: Cleveland OH
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30 / Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:30

Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN)

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients in an acute care setting.
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, perform continuous telemetry monitoring, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
Float to comparable Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units as needed based on patient care and staffing requirements.
Work rotating day/night 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, in accordance with scheduling needs.
Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications and demonstrate competency through required clinical assessments and medication safety evaluations.
Deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care while promoting quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
