Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Develops a nursing diagnosis and establishes care objectives.

Education Essential:

• Associate ASN
• BSN Education specialization
• Education specialization in a Nursing Program from an Accredited School of Nursing

Experience Essential: Three Years of RN experience

Credentials Essential:

• Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support
• ACLS card
