Summary: Plans coordinates provides intervenes and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Develops a nursing diagnosis and establishes care objectives. This position will require successful completion of a Level II Background Screening.
Education: Essential: • Associate Education specialization • Essential in a Nursing Program from an Accredited School of Nursing
Experience: Essential: • One Year • Acute care RN experience
Credentials: Essential: • Registered Nurse • Basic Life Support
