Our client, a well-regarded regional hospital, is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for their Med/Surg unit in Phoenix. You'll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a varied adult patient population, working alongside experienced charge nurses and a stable, supportive team. Day and night shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned Med/Surg patients
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital policy
- Document accurately and timely in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and ancillary staff on the plan of care
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, discharge planning, and follow-up
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Arizona RN license (or compact license)
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- ASN/BSN from an accredited program
- 1+ years of acute-care nursing experience
- Comfort with EMR documentation (Epic preferred)
