Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality. Facilitate patient care, making nursing assessments and diagnosis. Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement. Job Requirements Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting required.
