Travel Registered Nurse - Med/Surg (Days)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Med/Surg for a 13-week travel assignment in St Johnsbury, VT 05819.

Contract Details
  • Day shift 7am - 7pm! Three 12 hour shifts, 36 hours per week includes every other weekend.
  • Start Date: 6/24/2026
  • Contract: 13 weeks

  • Hourly Pay: $ 28.00
  • Non-taxed Stipend: $1120.00
  • Weekly Total Pay: $ 1876.00

**Travelers will start on Wednesdays
**During the week of orientation, travelers on a 48 hour contract will only be guaranteed 36 hours due to midweek start

** This is NOT a pediatric floor but may occasionally have a pediatric patient - DO NOT SUBMIT PEDI ONLY RNs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admitting and assessing patients
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Monitoring vital signs and symptoms
  • Operating and tracking medical equipment
  • Running and ordering tests
  • Coordinating care with Physicians and Specialists
  • Charting patient progress

Compensation:

  • Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
  • Pay package details provided upon offer

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3 years of acute care experience, with preference given to candidates with Meditech experience.
  • A current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure
  • ACLS certification are required prior to start.
  • Must have BLS (American Heart Association) certification
  • Must have current and valid American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
