RN Nurse Manager (Assisted Living)
Salary: $90,000 + Quarterly Bonus

At Suite Living Senior Care, our Nurse Managers play a central leadership role within the community-partnering closely with caregivers, families, and clinical partners to ensure residents receive thoughtful, consistent care.

What You'll Do
Clinical Leadership & Resident Care
- Lead and oversee clinical care for residents within your community
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Monitor resident health and adjust care as needed
Medication Oversight
- Ensure safe and compliant medication management
- Maintain accurate documentation and address discrepancies proactively
Team Leadership & Support
- Guide and support caregivers in delivering high-quality care
- Provide training and coaching on best practices
Care Coordination
- Partner with hospice, therapy providers, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure residents receive comprehensive, coordinated services
What We're Looking For
- Active RN license in good standing
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or a related setting (or leadership experience in other clinical environments)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to lead and support a care team
- Passion for working with seniors, including those with dementia
On-Call Structure - Transparent & Predictable
We know on-call expectations matter, so here's exactly what to expect:
- Weekend rotation: 1 weekend every 7 weeks
- Scope: Phone-based support across a regional group of communities (no on-site requirement)
- Call volume: ~30 calls total across the full weekend (typically brief triage/support calls)
- Compensation:$500 stipend per weekend rotation
- Weekday support (Monday–Thursday):
- Limited to your own building
- Averages ~30 minutes total per week
This structure is designed to provide support coverage while maintaining predictability and work-life balance.
