$10,000 Sign-On Bonus For Eligible Candidates $10,000 Relocation Bonus For Eligible Candidates Shift Days (Monday - Friday) Rotation On Calls No Holidays/Weekends Oversees staff performance, manages staffing, hiring, orientation, and discipline, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Manages budgets and resources, maintains appropriate staffing and understands healthcare finance. Leads and supports performance and quality improvement initiatives, implements evidence-based practice changes, and ensures compliance with professional standards and hospital policies. Demonstrates professionalism, supports ongoing education and development, maintains confidentiality, and upholds ethical standards and organizational policies. Fosters patient, family, staff, and physician satisfaction, understanding its impact on business goals. Other duties as assigned.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelors of Nursing (Required) • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement) • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement) • Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR - EV Accredited Issuing Body) • Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement) • Registered Nurse (RN - EV Accredited Issuing Body)
Pay Range: $75,021.23 - $139,532.88
