What You Will Do:Regulatory Excellence: Ensure total unit compliance with all accreditation and health-care regulatory standards.
Talent Management: Lead the full life-cycle of staff hiring, training, and professional development.
Operational Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve systemic issues to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
Policy Architecture: Develop and implement clinical procedures to maximize departmental efficiency.
Fiscal Stewardship: Manage unit budgets and oversee expenditures to ensure long-term financial health.
