Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns during one of the most critical moments of their lives. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, Nursery, or Special Care Nursery
- Valid BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certification
- Ability to manage a diverse patient population with professionalism and compassion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities, including weekends and overnight shifts
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with high-risk obstetric cases
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse patient demographic
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery or related specialties
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including on-call hours
- Ability to travel or commute within 50 miles from the facility to qualify for local rates
- Compliance with all facility-specific training and orientation requirements, with upcoming orientations on 5/12 or 5/26
- Must meet all necessary certification and licensure requirements prior to start date
