The Pottawattamie County Sheriff's Office, Jail Division, is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse who have a passion for providing the highest quality of care in an institutional setting. An individual in this position will work from 11am-11pm with shift differential.
Individuals in this position are responsible providing professional nursing care to inmates at the County jail. Utilizes the nursing process to meet a variety of healthcare needs with ambulatory care as primary focus. Implements nursing care and medical care orders in a knowledgeable, safe, and cost-effective manner. Essential functions guided by nursing protocols.
