How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Lead holistic patient care by executing personalized care plans and monitoring clinical conditions to ensure every patient receives safe, evidence-based treatment.
  • Orchestrate the multidisciplinary team as the primary care coordinator, ensuring seamless communication between specialties for a unified approach to healing.
  • Champion patient advocacy by accurately translating physician orders into bedside action while maintaining the highest standards of clinical protocol.
  • Navigate the transition to home by proactively assessing and coordinating discharge needs, ensuring patients and families feel confident and supported beyond our walls.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.  American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
