About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in Intermediate Care, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, evidence‑based nursing care to patients with diverse and complex needs. You will:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Continuously improve quality of care through data collection and analysis
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve the best patient outcomes
• Serve as a patient advocate while supporting families and caregivers
• Practice nursing with professionalism, accountability, and compassion

What You'll Bring

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Active Wisconsin RN license
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• ACLS certification (required)
• 1-2 years of acute care experience preferred
• A commitment to teamwork, learning, and exceptional patient care
