Schedule: Night shift | Full-time 36 hours (3 - 12 hour shifts) - 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Rotating weekends, with 7 day per week availability

How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Deliver direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring safe, evidence-based treatment and positive patient outcomes across diverse clinical settings.
  • Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, assessing progress, documenting clinical updates in EHR/EMR systems, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate care across the interdisciplinary team, communicating patient status effectively and ensuring timely execution of physician and nursing care plans.
  • Support discharge planning and care coordination by collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote safe transitions and continuity of care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
    transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in IMC, step down, or progressive care preferred.
