Registered Nurse III

One Federal Solution is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing and case management support. The RN will assess medical readiness, coordinate care, manage referrals, maintain records, and work with healthcare providers to support quality patient care and readiness objectives.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Assess medical and readiness status.
• Develop and monitor care coordination and case management plans.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate medical records and case documentation.
• Support health assessments, screenings, and readiness events.
• Collaborate with military and civilian healthcare professionals.
• Monitor case progress and recommend improvements to care management processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and privacy requirements.

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience.
• Experience in case management, care coordination, or related healthcare services preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.

Registered Nurse Security Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation.
• May be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance and access approvals based on contract requirements.

Registered Nurse Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification.
• Experience supporting military, federal, or government healthcare programs.
