• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Pay Rate: $70.00 $75.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night (3 12 Hours), 19:00 7:30. Scheduling is based on the needs of the unit. Absolutely no block schedules can be accommodated.
• Travel Requirements: Not required (accepts first-time travelers).
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a travel/contract Registered Nurse ICU position in a Medical ICU setting. The facility will accept a conditional MA license, with the understanding that the traveler is actively working through the full process to obtain a permanent license. Minimal RTO is needed, with a desired length of 3 5 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a Medical ICU unit.
• Float to other adult ICUs as needed.
• Adhere to scheduling based on the needs of the unit; block schedules cannot be accommodated.
• Work every other weekend and holiday as required.
• Utilize Epic for charting.

Education Requirements

• MA RN license required (conditional license accepted while actively pursuing permanent licensure).
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.

Required Experience

• 2 years of ICU experience highly preferred; candidates with under 2 years of experience will still be considered.
• First-time travelers accepted.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Night shift (3 12 Hours), 19:00 7:30.
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required.
• Float to other adult ICUs as needed.
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed).
• COVID-19 vaccination not required.
