JOB DETAILS:

-Avg*** Daily Census: 63; 5 Visits/Day.
-SHIFT: *40 Hours Can Be Offered
-Will Accept 13 Weeks.
-8-HOUR DAYS; 0800 - 17:00
-Call requirements are Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8pm 8 am call rotations along with the other RNs in the department. We have a designated RN who covers weeknight call Monday-Thursday however we do take volunteers to cover when she is off for PTO.
-Float Requirement: NONE.
-Weekend Requirement: On Call Rotation.
More Info: The outpatient nurses rotate 2 evening shifts on call 8p-8a Saturday and Sunday every 4-5 weeks to cover patient PRN, Death visit needs. We engage a nurse triage service who screen incoming calls according to our protocols and will contact our nurse if a visit is needed.
