Job Overview: As a Hospice Admission Nurse, you will provide the comprehensive nursing care for hospice patients in the patients home. The Home Hospice Nurse is responsible for managing and supervising the care of patients. Our Home-Hospice RNs perform office duties and support case management responsibilities. This team is responsible for the clinical supervision of HCAs, LPNs, and student nurses in the management of the patients plan of care.
Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience: Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensure state Preferred Certification/License/Experience: BSN Six (6) months of inpatient nursing experience Six (6) months of home care experience 1-2 years of previous hospice experience
