Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality home health care to patients across multiple counties. This role focuses on delivering skilled nursing services, completing OASIS assessments, and ensuring comprehensive patient care in a home setting. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
Schedule & Work Details
Location: Coverage across Jefferson, Oldham, Henry, Trimble, and Carroll counties
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Weekly Hours: 32-hour guarantee
On-Call/Weekend Requirements: One weekend per month and one weekday per week
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, reimbursed between patient visits from first to last patient
Pay Rate: $51 to $53 per hour
