Pride Health is seeking a Home Health/Hospice RN for one of our clients in AZ! (Contract)

Coverage: Tucson, Oracle, San Manuel, Mammoth, Oro Valley, Saddlebrooke, Marana, Picture Rocks, Casas Adobes

Schedule: Days 8am-5pm

Contract: 3-month contract

Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 16 - 18 patients and their POC
  • IDG meetings
  • Admit patients to service.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Current active RN license
  • BLS
  • Prior Hospice experience
