Travel Registered Nurse- Home Health (Days)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse- Home Health for a 13-week travel assignment in Barre, VT.
Contract Details
- DAYS: Monday-Friday (with weekend rotation approximately every 4th week)
- Start Date: 7/27/2026
- Contract: 13 Weeks
- Location: Barre, VT 05641
- Hourly Pay: $ 37.00
- Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $ 2356.00

This position is responsible for providing individualized goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physician’s order. In addition, this position serves as Case Manager in cases in which this position is the lead discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans to meet those needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide ongoing evaluation of patient's condition and progress
- Communicate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care
- Educate patients and families on proper self-care and disease management
- Comply with all regulations and standards set by regulatory agencies
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have 1 year of Home Health RN experience
- Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
