Registered Nurse Heart Failure

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Heart Failure Billings Downtown Cardiology Clinic. In this outpatient role, you’ll provide evidence-based cardiac and heart failure care, including assessment, medication administration, and patient education to reduce readmissions and improve quality of life. You’ll coordinate care with cardiologists, APPs, and interdisciplinary teams, perform triage, monitor symptoms, and support care transitions.
