Please note that Prior chemotherapy experience is NOT REQUIRED! Training will be provided, and the selected candidates will have 60 days from the start date to obtain their ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card.

Position: Registered Nurse - Chemotherapy
Location: Glendale, AZ
Salary: $85K - 90K
Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM (Mon - Fri) | 40 hours weekly | No weekends or On-call!

Key Responsibilities
Safely calculate, prepare, and administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and infusion medications according to physician orders and established protocols.
Review and verify laboratory values before treatment administration.
Monitor patients before, during, and after infusions for reactions, side effects, and changes in condition.
Maintain current knowledge of oncology treatment protocols and infusion best practices.
Operate and troubleshoot infusion pumps and related clinical equipment.
Collaborate with providers regarding dose modifications and treatment adjustments when clinically appropriate.
Adhere to ONS guidelines and OSHA safety standards related to chemotherapy handling and biohazard precautions.
Qualifications:
Active RN License in Arizona
Minimum of one year of chemotherapy or oncology infusion experience preferred, but not required
Oncology/hematology experience strongly preferred, but not required
Active BLS/CPR
BSN preferred, but not required
