Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time or PRN

New graduates are welcome! Candidates with less than one year of skilled nursing or long-term care experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician within the RN scope of practice.

  • Complete comprehensive nursing assessments for newly admitted residents.

  • Assist with Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, quarterly reviews, and individualized care plans.

  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

  • Participate in shift reports and ensure continuity of care.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, assessments, treatments, and resident progress notes.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing assistants and support staff.

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.

  • Participate in staff education, in-service training, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

  • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

  • CPR/BLS Certification.

  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Knowledge of geriatric nursing practices, medication administration, and resident care planning.

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.

  • Recent RN graduates are encouraged to apply.
