We are currently looking for aFloat Pool RNto join ourNorth Central Surgical Centerteam.
TheFloat Pool RNhas the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for assigned patient population in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. He/she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care, maintains compliance with professional nursing, TJC, and all Federal and State standards of care. This position is assigned to respond to patients presenting to facility with a healthcare need. Responsible for providing total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation. Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge.
