Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3x12-Hour
Orientation: 16 hours (Non-billable)

Job Description

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a travel contract assignment in a fast-paced ED environment. The RN will provide critical care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions while ensuring safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
• Manage high-acuity cases and emergency interventions
• Perform rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization of patients
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol
• Float to other units as needed based on facility requirements
• Document all patient care in Epic EMR
• Utilize Omnicell medication dispensing system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in applicable state
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Epic EMR experience (minimum 1 year required)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required
• TNCC certification required
• CPI or MAB certification required
• Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends
